I offer individual therapy with a special focus on empowerment and self-assurance. My approach includes techniques from Cognitive-behavioral therapy, Acceptance Commitment therapy and somatic therapy, like EMDR, IFS and Polyvagal Theory, tailored to meet your unique needs.

Each therapy session is typically 50-55 minutes long. This time frame allows us to dive deep into your concerns while ensuring we have enough time to discuss and explore unconscious behaviors.

The frequency of our sessions will depend on your unique needs and goals. Typically, clients start with one session per week, adjusting as we make progress.

Currently, I am out of network with all insurance providers. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill or receipt for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. It's recommended that you contact your insurance company to understand your coverage for therapy services. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you have!

The cost per therapy session is $285. The cost for initial intakes are $300.
