Telehealth eliminates travel time and transportation costs, making it more convenient for your schedule. Also, many patients find it helpful to be in a familiar and comfortable place during therapy.

What to Expect
Sessions begin with an Intake Evaluation to obtain a mental health diagnosis and to establish a background and understanding of how to support you.
At your free consultation or first session we will discuss your interest in frequency for therapy, but I typically start with weekly sessions in the beginning to build rapport and get to know each other faster.
Payment Options
